Booking and Payment:

• A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental cost is required to secure your booking.
• The remaining balance is due 30 days before the rental start date.

Cancellation by Renter:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the rental start date: Full refund of the amount paid, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
• Cancellations made between 15-30 days before the rental start date: 50% refund of the total rental cost.
• Cancellations made less than 15 days before the rental start date: No refund.

Cancellation by Us:

• If we must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, mechanical issues), we will offer you the option to reschedule your rental or receive a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit.

Rescheduling:

• Rescheduling requests made more than 30 days before the rental start date can be accommodated based on availability, with no additional fees.
• Rescheduling requests made within 30 days of the rental start date will be treated as a cancellation and rebooking, subject to the cancellation policy outlined above.

No-Show Policy:

• If you do not show up for your rental on the scheduled date and time, the entire rental cost is non-refundable.

Weather Policy:

• Cancellations due to severe weather conditions (e.g., hurricanes, tropical storms) will be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling without penalty.
• Mild weather conditions (e.g., light rain) are not considered valid reasons for cancellation or rescheduling.
